Accelerated Ministry Program (AMP)

Accelerated Ministry Program (AMP)

(to launch January 2027)

Jorge Pineda, Coordinator

“Training and Equipping Kingdom Workers to Serve Hispanic Communities Across the U.S”

Our vision and mission is to prepare and train vocational, part- or full-time workers for the Kingdom of God in the U.S.  This is designed specifically for churches of Christ in the U.S. committed to reaching the Hispanic population in their communities.  We want to train people “in place”, where they already live and work, so they can immediately use what they learn in their congregations.

Our curriculum consists of 12 courses in 4 modules. The students will take one course online per month, at www.ibitenlinea.org, under the supervision of Jorge and a local contact in their church, as well as the TIBI course facilitator for each course. We plan for the professor of each course to meet with them once during the month to respond to any comments or questions the students might have.

Our courses are:

  • Survey of the Old Testament
  • Wisdom literature
  • Survey of the prophets
  • Life of Christ
  • Acts
  • Letters of Paul (focusing on Romans/Galatians)
  • Homiletics
  • Hermeneutics
  • Biblical Counseling
  • Evangelism
  • Church leadership
  • Church history and growth strategies

Each month, Jorge will meet with the students and the local contacts to check on progress, give advice and suggestions, and respond to questions or comments.

The cost (which either a church, an individual, or the student can cover), will be $3000, which equals $250 per month. The student will receive a certificate marking the completion of all work of the Accelerated Ministry Program.

If you have questions, or if you know a student or a church who might be interested in this program, please contact Jorge Pineda at pineda591@yahoo.com.
